PGR began publishing in 2017 and is now published three times a year, in January, May, and September.

According to SK Dirjen Penguatan Riset dan Pengembangan, Kemenristek Dikti Number 14/E/KPT/2019, PGR is accredited (Sinta 2) in 2019.

PGR is reaccredited (Sinta 2) in 2023, according to SK Dirjen Penguatan Riset dan Pengembangan, Kemenristek Dikti Number 225/E/KPT/2022.

Beginning with Volume 7 Issue 2 May 2023, the PGR has a new policy regarding Article Processing Charges. If the paper is accepted for publication, the author will be asked to pay an article publication fee to cover the costs of publication.
